A reference-free, ultra-low-power LDO is proposed to provide a stable voltage supply with low power consumption over a wide temperature range. The proposed structure minimizes power consumption by using a minimal number of transistors while enhancing PSRR characteristics to improve resistance against power supply noise. Additionally, PTAT and CTAT adjustments ensure a stable output voltage across a broad temperature range. Simulation results confirm that the circuit operates with a low current of approximately 7 μA at room temperature. The feasibility of precise temperature coefficient adjustment was verified through single-point trimming. The proposed circuits are implemented in a 65 nm process and can serve as an effective solution for stable voltage supply across various temperature ranges with a simple structure. |
