| IP개요 | 최근 6G(sixth-generation technology for wireless communications)가 차세대 통신 기술로 주목받고 있으며, WRC-23에서 후보 주파수로 FR1 대역 4.4 – 4.8 GHz, upper-mid 대역 7.125 – 8.4 GHz, 14.8 – 15.35 GHz가 선정되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 upper-mid band 7 ~ 24 GHz target형 빔포밍 지원 FEM(Front-End Module) 핵심 회로를 설계하고자 한다. | ||
