| IP개요 | For the FMCW LiDAR system, the frequency of the tunable laser should be modulated by a constant slope as time passes. Therefore, a ramp generator is needed to input a current that changes at a constant slope to the laser. Since the sawtooth wave produces more stable results than triangle wave, always operating in the same direction, we used that waveform. And since the Distributed Feedback (DFB) tunable laser has nonlinear current-frequency characteristics, a PLL is needed to compensate for it with negative feedback. |
