This proposal presents a reconfigurable multi-ratio series-parallel resonant switched-capacitor (SPReSC) converter. To achieve a wide output voltage range, a reconfigurable series-parallel switched capacitor (SPSC) converter is employed, resulting in four different voltage conversion ratios. Through these multiple conversion ratios, the converter efficiently supplies a wide output voltage range from 300 mV to 1.35 V from an input voltage of 1.8 V. The proposed converter is implemented in 180nm CMOS technology, with a chip area of 5x5 mm2. |
