IP개요 | This paper proposes a high-voltage tolerant switched-capacitor neural stimulation system for implantable devices. By stacking the stimulation capacitor, the stimulator is capable of giving up to 9 V stimulation voltage. Active charge balancing method by calculating the transferred stimulation charge enables safe stimulation in only a few stimulation phase time. The stimulator will be manufactured using TSMC 250nm CMOS process with 5V supply voltage, with a total size of 3.45 x 3.9 mm2. | ||
